A tough workout for the boys today. It is the first workout since they lost their teammate and brother, Alex.
A shirt hangs in his honor on the rack where he worked out. Stepping back into this room, knowing Alex was just here training for ‘R’ upcoming season, made this one of the hardest lifts of their lives.
They trained today with heavy hearts, but with a promise. Every rep is for Alex. Every pitch and every game will carry his spirit.
